First, ask yourself why
“I want to make a lot of money”
STOP. While you can make some money with a Bricklink store, it’s likely to just break even or even lose a bit of money unless your store is very large and you have an extraordinary amount of time you can spend working on it.
“I think it might be fun to do in my spare time.”
STOP. Running a Bricklink store is a huge time sink. If you’ve just got a bit of spare time to invest in it, this is not going to go well. Bricklink stores generally are proportionally successful to the amount of time you can spend working on them. A little spare time isn’t going to generate enough revenue to make it worth the effort.
“I have a lot of bricks and I’m running out of room to store them. If I sell some of them, I’ll have money to buy more sets that I want without needing a lot more storage space.”
